Sherpas are from the high Himalayas. Their bodies are built for extreme altitudes with very little oxygen. Over thousands of years, they’ve adapted to breathe better than most people can up there. Some say smoking helps them feel more relaxed and even helps with breathing for a short time. It’s not safe, but it shows
