Are you checking this? Ignition controls produce an AC voltage output on the flame sense terminal. This defective control had 1-2 volts AC to ground. This is not enough to produce the type of micro amps needed in the rectification process to sustain flame. The new control had 90v to ground. Look for this issue after cleaning a flame sensor and the burner still won't light off. Sealed Unit Parts Co., Inc..
