Here’s one of many methods I like to use for cooking a steak…. The “30 second flip” or “just keep flipping” method! Stringing your steak up isn’t absolutely necessary, especially on a steak like a sirloin as it’s just one single muscle, but since a ribeye can have up to 4 muscles (if you leave and include the tail), I like to string them up to help keep their shape, stop them falling apart and so I get a nice even cook!
