On January 28, 2007, at around 7:30 P.M., Baltimore County police responded to the Unit Block of Old Coach Lane in Owings Mills in response to a report of shots fired. While en route, officers were notified that someone had been shot. When officers arrived they located 17-year-old Kevin Byron Evans, Jr. Kevin was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries. Someone knows what happened that night.
