We always recommend inspecting your belt, pulleys, and tensioner between 60k and 100k miles since that’s the typical lifespan on most Mercedes drive belts and belt components. Anytime we replace a drive belt on a Mercedes, we also replace the idler pulley and drive belt tensioner, since they wear out at roughly the same interval as the belt
