DIY Cowboy - How to shape your flat brim hat into a Cowboy Hat. Step 1 - Apply steam to the brim until it becomes a little softer. Step 2 - Using your hands, shape the brim into your desired shape on both sides of the hat crown. Step 3 - Grab some string to hold the shape of your hat while it dries. Leave for 1 hour minimum.
