May 24, 2023 · General recommendation I believe (unless this has changed recently) is 120 mm of rad per 100 watts. So even the 4000D might be a bit tight and you would need to step up to the 5000D. Still a mid tower, just a slight bit bigger to allow for extra rad space and would comfortably house your hardware.

May 1, 2023 · What is your objective with water cooling? If it is just to try it and experiment, then go for it. But, if you think liquid cooling is going to fix some problem, then reconsider.
