We're dry through midnight tonight, but it will turn rather messy by the Wednesday morning drive. Broad valleys will dip into a cold rain with a heavy, wet snow in the mountains. Colder air funnels in Thursday with widely scattered snow showers becoming likely even for the valleys.

Rain turns to snow through the afternoon, becoming all snow showers by the evening. Most snow accumulation stays on the grassy surfaces.
