RUIDOSO, N.M. — Flooding is once again hitting the Ruidoso area, closing roads and wiping away at least one home. A flash flood warning is in effect until 3:30 p.m. Lindsey Tharpe posted video of a home floating away on Paradise Canyon at Hart.
Flash floods once again ravaged the village of Ruidoso, causing significant damage and sweeping a house downstream.
