A powerful storm system will bring widespread soaking rainfall to central Pennsylvania tonight, followed by potentially damaging winds on Friday with gusts reaching 50-60 mph in some areas. The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning for portions of the region.

The town is urging folks to take action in response to Friday's expected tempest, especially with those holiday decorations outside.
