A father from Massachusetts plans to look after his family after he won $1 million from the lottery. Paul Hart, of Chelmsford, won $1 million from the “Celtics Banner 18″ scratch ticket game. This was the second $1 million prize to be claimed in the game, which was released on Nov. 19.
