Hundreds of thousands of demonstrators filled the streets across the country in coordinated "No Kings" marches to protest President Trump.
The Spokane Police Department arrested 11 people during Saturday’s “No Kings Day” protest after another intense, and at times aggressive, demonstration last Wednesday. SPD posted a timeline on Monday of “what began as a peaceful protest” in the Riverfront Park but later devolved into civil unrest.
The demonstrations follow more than a week of large-scale protests in Los Angeles against Mr. Trump’s immigration crackdown and his decision to deploy the military there. Note: This map shows protests that have been confirmed and is not comprehensive.
Yesterday, in cities across the country, over 5 million demonstrators joined the "No Kings" protests to speak out against the policies and actions of the Trump administration. Their protest signs have filled my timeline, and even though we've already posted some of the best ones, I found a lot more that deserve the spotlight. So, let's get into it:
