Lutnick’s nomination was approved by senators in a 51-45 party-line vote. Four Senators, Cory Booker (D-NJ), Jerry Moran (R-Kan.), Gary Peters (D-Mich.) and Dan Sullivan (R-Alaska), missed the vote.
