Several Central Texas counties that were impacted by devastating flooding during the July 4th weekend are now eligible for SNAP hot foods benefits.

First unveiled last summer, the brand is now available at Walmart with two varieties of empanadas, pandebono (Colombian cheese bread) and ham croquetas.
