(KRON) — A former Antioch Police Department officer who allegedly collected “trophies” from crime scenes to display on his home mantle pleaded guilty this week as part of a plea deal.

The shooting happened Wednesday morning just after 11 a.m. in the Antioch High School cafeteria.
