The bank, based in Wilmington, Delaware, said it had earnings of $1.15 per share. For the year, the company reported profit of $217.5 million, or $4.29 per share. Revenue was reported as $522.7 million.
A man's death in Wilmington last spring was due to an assault, according to city police. Preston Hudson was found injured following a reported domestic-related assault in the 100-block of South Heald Street last June 13th. He died in August. The Division of Forensic Sciences determined that Hudson's death was due to the assault.
