Newly minted Raiders head coach Pete Carroll would like a mixture of coaches on his staff. That is to say some he knows, some he doesn't, and some returning from the Raiders current staff. He's already working on bringing in coaches who have been on his previous staff,

Wilson helped lead the Seahawks to eight playoff appearances and one Super Bowl win in 2013 and produced the best seasons of his NFL career under Carroll. Making matters more interesting is the fact that Wilson reportedly wanted to join the Raiders last offseason prior to signing with the Steelers.

Wilson could reunite with his former coach with the Seattle Seahawks, Pete Carroll, if that is to happen. Carroll was named the head coach of the Raiders. When asked on Wednesday, Carroll said that he could not even begin to answer the question.
