Russia launched waves of missiles and drones on Kyiv before dawn on Thursday, killing at least 14 people including a six-year-old boy, and wounding well over 100 others, officials in the Ukrainian capital said.

The residential building in the Sviatoshynskyi district was a “direct hit,” Tymur Tkachenko said in a message on Telegram.

Russian troops also struck a five-story residential building in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk, according to the head of Donetsk regional military administration.
