Tesla is recalling thousands of its vehicles due to a defective part that could endanger other drivers on the road. The company is recalling more than 46,000 of its Cybertrucks due to a cosmetic exterior trim panel that it said can detach from the vehicle, “increasing the risk of a crash,” CNBC reported.
