A second arrest has been made after a robbery led to a shootout earlier this week outside of a short-term rental just north of downtown Nashville.

Nashville Police responded to the Terrace Park Townhomes June 4 about 5 p.m and found one teen with a gunshot wound.

A traffic stop led to a fight, then an officer-involved shooting in north Phoenix. The 46-year-old driver has been booked for felony aggravated assault.

The incident occurred at a rental property on the corner of Fern Avenue and Brick Church Pike the morning of June 2.
