Unfortunately, history tends to repeat itself whether we learn from it or not. One year ago today, there was a shooting at the Chiefs Super Bowl parade.

Kansas City police are investigating a deadly shooting after a man was found inside a vehicle on Sunday. Police were called around 11:30 a.m. to the area of 56th Street and Woodland Avenue for a reported accident.

Detectives are making headway in identifying a person of interest in connection with this incident, however, no suspects are in custody.
