Adam Reiss Defense attorneys yesterday filed a 14-page letter with the court to make a last-ditch appeal to keep Juror #6 on the panel.  In the letter, the defense argued that there is no valid basis to dismiss the juror and that it would be discriminatory not to allow him to remain.

The judge in the Sean "Diddy" Combs sex trafficking and racketeering trial dismissed one of the jurors Monday and replaced him with an alternate.
