A Brentwood, Tennessee man is now facing federal charges after allegedly threatening to bomb a federal building and courthouse in downtown Nashville.

A Salem man appeared in court on Wednesday facing charges in connection with vandalism at the Tesla dealership in Salem.

Lucy Grace Nelson, 40, was also accused of vandalizing the Colorado dealership and tossing Molotov cocktails at vehicles.

Forty-year-old Lucy Grace Nelson also known as Justin Thomas Nelson was charged with bringing explosives to a Colorado Tesla dealership after a series of incidents at the business.

The dealership was hit with Molotov cocktails and graffiti including the word "nazi" several times in January and February.
