The search engine has announced it will change the name of Gulf of Mexico to "Gulf of America" per Donald Trump's plans.
In posts on X on Monday, Google said it will follow the government’s lead in changing the names on its Maps app.
JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) — The Alaska House on Monday voted to urge President Donald Trump to reverse course and retain the name of North America's tallest peak as Denali.
Mr. Trump announced he is nominating Andrew Puzder to serve as U.S. ambassador to the European Union. Pudzer is the former CEO of CKE Restaurants, which owns the Carl's Jr. and Hardee's fast food chains. "Andy will do an excellent job representing our Nation's interests in this important region," Mr. Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.
