Penguin Michael Joseph (PMJ) has acquired a new book from Jamie Oliver, Easy Air Fryer. Managing director Louise Moore acquired rights from the Jamie Oliver Group, and the book will be published on 30th January 2025, and is being supported at half price by Amazon and Waterstones. It will be accompanied by a new primetime Channel 4 series.

A grandmother is planning to cook Christmas dinner for 11 people using only air fryers...

1. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic granules, and season with salt and pepper. Make sure that the potatoes are well coated. 2. Place in the Air Fryer basket, and roast at 380°F (195°C) for 10 minutes. Flip the potatoes, and roast for 10 more minutes.
