Green onions by Church Brothers are being recalled in 11 U.S. states and Canada after salmonella was found in a product sample.

Church Brothers Farms issued a voluntary recall of 1,271 cases of green onions sold in a limited number of U.S. and Canada retailers.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Veg-heads beware: Produce sold at Trader Joe’s, and other stores, has been recalled over a possible salmonella contamination.
