Atlanta Braves center fielder Michael Harris II fired a forceful message about how he feels the offense is rebounding.

The Atlanta Braves will send right-hander Grant Holmes to the mound on Sunday afternoon in an effort to sweep their three-game series with the visiting Colorado Rockies.

The Atlanta Braves will not have left-hander Chris Sale make his next scheduled start as planned, instead moving him back in the rotation.

Rockies rookie right-hander Chase Dollander began Saturday’s game by walking the Braves’ Ronald Acuña Jr. and Alex Verdugo on 10 pitches, with seven of the eight balls not close to the strike zone. Then he yielded a run on two singles.

The 19 strikeouts by Braves pitchers also set an Atlanta record for a nine-inning game. Spencer Strider recorded 13 strikeouts in six innings, followed by relievers Rafael Montero and Dylan Lee, who combined for six more whiffs.

The Atlanta Braves will have to wait a bit to see if they can handle the Rockies as expected on Saturday as we are in a rain delay.
