An eerily resonant story for out times, " Offside " is an Iranian film from 2006, following a group of girls who want to watch a World Cup qualifying game even though they're not allowed to do so because of their gender. The movie is directed by Jafar Panahi, who was recently nominated for a Golden Globe for his film " It Was Just An Accident ."
