A shooting at an after-hours business in San Jose early Friday morning left one person dead and three other people injured, police said.

The venue was hosting an event inside of the gymnasium when two suspects began arguing. As the argument progressed, both suspects drew weapons and began shooting at each other inside the crowded gymnasium.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. ( WFIE /Gray News) - Jail records in Indiana show the parents of the Kentucky State University student killed in a shooting were arrested on Christmas Day. Thirty-eight-year-old De’Jon Fox and 37-year-old Chardnae Cleveland are both charged with intimidation.

According to the Kansas City Police Department, officers were dispatched to a reported shooting in the 3900 block of St. John Avenue around 2 a.m. on Dec. 27. They found a man lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and died just before 3 a.m. His identity has not yet been released.
