Thomas Tuchel believes that he must “earn the right” to sing the national anthem before England games. Tuchel will take charge of his first England game next week against Albania, but he revealed on Friday that he will not sing ‘God Save The King’ immediately before kick-off.

Tuchel is the first German coach to manage the English national side but says he will proudly sign God Save The King – but not ahead of his opening matches in charge next week.
