Rapper Tory Lanez is in hospital after being stabbed 14 times by a fellow prison inmate. He is serving a 10-year sentence for shooting his ex, hip-hop megastar Megan Thee Stallion, in the feet during an argument in 2020.

Peterson’s reps said he was stabbed 14 times, including seven wounds to the back, four to his torso and two to the back of his head, and that both his lungs had collapsed.

The prison’s investigative unit and the Kern County District Attorney’s Office are investigating, he said.
