The Jets have been without Kenyon Sadiq in training camp due to a hernia injury, but there was some good news on Thursday.

The New York Jets 2026-27 schedule is now complete. It's a tough slate with non-division matchups against the Chiefs, Packers, Lions, Bears, Chargers, and Broncos, all of whom made the playoffs last year. They also face the Bills and Patriots twice.

Jets QB Geno Smith has been around way too long to solely view the game through the positive lenses of rose-colored glasses. That said, this year Smith has joined a growing number of professional athletes who are wearing red-tinted contact lenses to cut down on glare from the sun and sharpen their focus.

The New York Islanders head north of the border as they face the Winnipeg Jets on Tuesday night. The Islanders are coming off a 4-3 overtime victory against the Minnesota Wild on Saturday night which marked their first road win against the Wild since 2019.
