KENTUCKY ( FOX 56) — Powerball players should check their tickets because a winning $2 million prize was sold on Wednesday night. The Kentucky Lottery said the winning ticket was bought online at kylottery.com. Wednesday night’s winning numbers were 1–14–20–46–51 with a Powerball of 26.

The jackpot for the next drawing on Wednesday night has soared to an estimated $1.25 billion, the sixth largest ever.

Power Play can multiply non-jackpot prizes by 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 times, per Powerball rules. The multiplier number is randomly selected before each drawing, and the 10X multiplier only happens when the advertised jackpot annuity is $150 million or less. Powerball tickets cost $2 per play.

The Powerball jackpot is now an estimated $1.7 billion for Wednesday night’s (Dec. 23, 2025) drawing, with a cash value of $781.3 million. It is the fourth-largest Powerball jackpot ever, and fourth largest among U.S. lottery games, according to a release from Powerball.

The $50,000 winning Powerball game was sold at the JK Mart gas station/convenience store at 5102 Two Notch Road, according to the release. The winning numbers in the Dec. 17 Powerball drawing were 25, 33, 53, 26, 66 and Powerball: 17.
