It's been nine months since last June's inaugural No Kings Day protest and six months since October's follow-up denouncing President Donald Trump and his administration's policies. Now, another round of demonstrations are planned nationally this weekend, including some here in Texas.
Austin's "No Kings" protest was one of more than 3,000 events across the nation, according to organizers. Similar "No Kings" protests in June and October last year brought thousands of people together, including elected leaders, in peaceful mobilization.
