The National Hurricane Center tagged Invest 91-L in the Atlantic Ocean on Thursday morning. The tropical wave, tagged as Invest 91-L, is located several hundred miles west-southwest of the Cabo Verde Islands.
While it is around the peak time for activity in hurricane season, this area is very far out in the Atlantic Ocean and currently has very low chances for tropical development.
