Police have accused a man of murder several months after an 18-year-old was gunned down at a southwest Atlanta apartment complex, where parts of the incident were caught on Ring camera.

Investigators said the gunman became upset because his ex-girlfriend was inside the club talking with another man.

A man was shot inside a library in Decatur on Monday afternoon, police said. The injured man was found inside the library and taken to a hospital in critical condition. Police have issued warrants for 44-year-old Medicus Brown in connection with the shooting.
