LAS VEGAS -- The Philadelphia 76ers are currently playing through the summer league without prized rookie VJ Edgecombe who is dealing with a left thumb sprain. The Sixers are looking to get the No.3 overall pick back on the floor as soon as possible, but it remains to be seen if he can get back in the summer.

The San Antonio Spurs, who played without No. 2 overall draft pick Dylan Harper, drubbed the Sixers, 111-70, in what was expected to be a showcase matchup Thursday night at Thomas & Mack Center.

The Philadelphia 76ers' No. 3 overall pick, VJ Edgecombe, was given an injury report on Wednesday before their Las Vegas Summer League opener.
