Some say the brave new world of NIL has changed the sport for the worse while others argue that it has made the sport better and more competitive than ever before.

Carmel sophomore quarterback Trae Taylor has committed to play at Nebraska. The 6-foot-3, 190-pound Taylor, who is considered one of the top quarterbacks in the 2027 class, announced his decision via YouTube on Thursday afternoon.
