Less than a month before a California state judge could decide if the Menendez brothers get out of jail before they die, the Los Angeles County District Attorney today said he has "not" made a decision about recommendations to the court over the sibling's fates.

A private meeting was held Friday in the Menendez brothers case between more than 20 members of Kitty and Jose Menendez’s family and newly elected Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman.
