Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate face human-trafficking charges in Romania and Britain. They arrived in Florida last week after a Romanian court lifted travel restrictions.

Attorney General James Uthmeier said he's directed the Office of Statewide Prosecution to execute search warrants and issue subpoenas in what he calls “the now-active investigation into the Tate brothers.

Both brothers have been accused of trafficking minors, rape, and money laundering and were detained in Romania for years.

"We're going to pursue every tool we have within our legal authority to hold them accountable," Attorney General James Uthmeier said.
