The Las Vegas Raiders are rebooting once again, as they fired Antonio Pierce after his first season as the team's full-time head coach.

Antonio Pierce remains the Las Vegas Raiders' coach. For now, anyway. Pierce spoke at a news conference wrapping up his team's 4-13 season on Monday and said he hasn't “been told anything different” about his job status.

Following the 2023 season, defensive end Maxx Crosby was one of the most vocal supporters of Antonio Pierce to get the full-time Las Vegas Raiders head coaching job. He got his wish as the team promoted the coach but decided to go in a different direction this offseason and fired the coach.
