Tennessee softball will play No. 6 seed Texas in the the Women's College World Series semifinal on June 2 for a spot in the championship series.

It has been pretty lopsided in the history of meetings between the Longhorns and Red Raiders, as Texas holds a 56-11 record over Texas Tech all-time. Texas has won the past 14 games in the matchup, including an 11-0, five-inning run-rule win back in February this year.
