Hi Sadie, The cruise ship terminals are on the other side of the city, but there's good public transport that can take you to Rådhuspladsen (the city hall square) where the Grand Tour starts. Bus 26 can take you there, or you can walk to Østeport St nearby and take the train to the central station which is a short walk from the square. Both cost the same (24 kr) and on buses you can pay for tickets when you board. We hope you'll join us for a tour soon!

It takes between 2.5 and 3 hours including a break. The tour finishes at Amalienborg palace not back at the city hall, but If you need any directions after the tour ends your guide can help.
